The Guidemate G-Track 3D Grader Control System provides live blade guidance directly against the project design. Australian-designed and powered by Track3D, it helps motor grader operators work from bulk grading through to final trim.

Machine-mounted sensors combine with GNSS or robotic total-station positioning to calculate the blade’s position relative to the required surface. Operators can see where material needs to be cut or filled while working with project surfaces and linework in the cab.

For supported graders, the optional AutoGrade licence adds automatic hydraulic blade control.

Key Features

Put the Design in the Cab
Load project surfaces and linework into Track3D and work directly against the digital design. The required elevation updates with the design as the grader moves across the project.

Live Blade and Cut and Fill Guidance
See the blade’s position relative to the design surface and how much material needs to be removed or placed. Follow visual guidance while manually controlling the blade.

GNSS or Total-Station Positioning
Choose Septentrio GNSS technology for everyday grading and earthworks, or compatible robotic total-station positioning for high-accuracy grading and final trim.

From Bulk Grading to Finish
Use live design information during material movement and rough grading, then work progressively closer to the finished surface. Track3D provides a familiar interface with either positioning option.

Optional AutoGrade Control
Add the AutoGrade licence to enable automatic hydraulic blade control on supported graders. The operator manages steering and material movement while the system makes continuous grade corrections through supported hydraulic functions.

System Components & Technology

Control Terminal
A high-brightness touchscreen running Track3D displays blade position, the project design and live cut and fill guidance.

Guidemate Positioning Hub
For GNSS configurations, the rugged external hub combines Septentrio GNSS technology with UHF and network RTK communications.

Machine Sensors
Sensors measure machine and blade orientation to calculate the blade’s position relative to the design surface.

Robotic Total-Station Compatibility
A compatible robotic total station tracks a machine-mounted prism to provide 3D positioning for demanding grading and finishing applications.

Track3D Software
Load compatible 3D design surfaces, DXF linework and project data to view the blade and required surface together in real time.

Components vary with the selected positioning method and grader configuration.

Built for Productivity

G-Track is suited to road construction, subgrade, base preparation, platforms, pads, batters, drainage, pavement preparation and final trim. Live design guidance can help reduce repeated grade checking, reliance on stakes and stringlines, rework and unnecessary finishing passes.
